Our company established at 1996 as trading company, and was involved
in trade and forwarding of steels products and coal from Ukraine to
Bulgaria,Romania,Yugoslavia and Turkey.

Since 2003 our company started activities, as ISM managers of 2 sea-river vessels,
and 2 sea tug boats 800/1200 hp (operating in Azov/Black sea area).

Also, in the same time, we started activities, as ship brokers and closely cooperating with direct Ukrainian/Russian/Turkish
and most European owners/managers operating by 1500/30000 tonnage including
sea-river vessels ST/STK/Ladoga/Baltiysky/Omskiy/Amur/Sormovskiy/Volgo-balt/Sibirsky/Volgo-don,
bulk vessels,and famous liner operators of MPP/Container vessels , as:
“Tirrena”,”Stellar”,”Apc”,”Scan”,”Kellet&Singleton”,” Otto Danielsen”,”"Beluga
Group”,”K-line”,”PRU”,etc,for transportation of direct/exclusive cargoes .

Also,we closely cooperating with Russian/Ukrainian/Turkish and Middle European charterers/logistics and forwarding companies ,
for arrangements of multi-modal shipments general/project and
oversized cargoes via road/sea/railway from Americas/West/East Europe/Middle East/Far East to Ukrainian/Russian/Caspian ports, and in
return direction with transhipment in ports: Derince/Cnstanza/Rostov-on-Don/Izmail/Reni/Ilychevsk/Oktyabrskiy/Mariupol.
